The living room and kitchen are beautifully done with excellent resources on hand to prepare meals or entertain about 15 people. Having Safeway right up Rainier Ave is incredibly convenient, and I-5 is easy to access. We could have used some nicer weather, of course.

The huge living room with open kitchen were a great place for everybody to hang out and the local parks provided space for day activities for everyone. And the owners are a pleasure to deal with.
