Our 44’ Sports Yacht has twin throttles controlling a pair of 7.4 liter 310 hp MerCruiser gas inboards.
This vessel has generous seating for 12 people, two removable tables, a convenient sink, a walk-around via molded steps leading from the integrated swim platform and a sun tanning pad for two people on the bow.
Inside, the vessel has an elegant feel with Corian countertops, a three burner electric stove, hardwood flooring in the galley, and push button cabinet latches that recede and lock. Entry is via open-backed steps, adding to the airiness of the interior space. The Ultraleather upholstery on the dinette seating is soft and inviting. Two Bomar hatches and a complement of elliptical shaped, working portholes allow for ample fresh-air flow. The spacious restroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
Forward, the master cabin features a walkaround double berth with overhead Bomar hatch and a porthole on either side. Two hanging lockers, four drawers, and additional cabinets and shelves provide for ample stowage. Visual privacy is ensured by a an accordion door.
Aft of the center salon is the Mid-Berth cabin, set up as an entertainment area with U-shaped lounge that is convertible to a double berth. An aft porthole guarantees fresh air ventilation. Open, this cabin extends the main salon spaciously.
Typically, a three hours tour will be sufficient for most tourists. This would involve most key destinations such as Bill Gates' estate, Paul Allen's estate, Seahawk training stadium, Husky Stadium, 520 floating bridge, Montlake Cut, floating homes neighborhood, Lake Union, Downtown Seattle skyline and The Space Needle.
At cruising speed, this thirsty vessel is expected to consume fuel at 33 gallons per hour. With that said, the rate will be $250 per hour, which includes fuel and a captain. Charges starts the time the vessel leaves the dock to the time it arrives back.
