$140 cleaning fee on all weekly and nightly rentals.
9.5% sales tax not included in above rates.
$400 deposit to hold and full payment 2 weeks prior to check-in date.
3:00pm check in and 11:00am check out.
To calculate the costs, you just add the amount per night from the rates above for up to 6 people. After that there is a $20 per person per day charge from the 7th person and up. Kids 2 and under are waived the $20 xtra fee. Then add a 9.5% tax to the total, and finally a $140 dollars (not taxed) cleaning fee and you get your grand total. No other hidden costs, except for the $400 deposit to hold the dates. At the time of final payment (two weeks to check-in date), the $400 deposit converts to a $400 damage deposit, which is fully refundable after you check out. We've been very fortunate that every single renter has taken excellent care of our rentals and never a need to keep the damage deposit.
To reserve, we accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Mailing a check is also an option, but please note that the dates will not be held until we receive the check.
AMENITIES:
Bedrooms/Bathrooms--- 6 bedrooms with one king bed, three queen beds and one double bed. Queen sofa bed in the family room and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 full bathrooms. Please note that the sixth bedroom is a family/bedroom option with a queen size sofabed, and has a privacy curtain to give you FULL privacy when closed.
Parking----Parking for 6 big vehicles in the garage, in front of the garage and to the side of the home.
Entertainment ---Comcast Cable on both TVs, DVD/CD Player, TVs are in the living room and the other one is in the Master bedroom.
Kitchen--- Full Kitchen, Cooking Utensils Provided, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Some Condiments, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit
Outdoor Features--- Gas BBQ Grill, Deck
